My husband has been taking Malaysian cooking classes (I even took one), and we both went to the Chinese New Year's Festival where the Malaysian instructor and her relatives had a booth where they cooked great dishes. David (husband) had one of the fried rice dishes and really liked it.For my husband's birthday dinner in February, I took him to the restaurant of his choice. They served many Malaysian dishes there. Fortunately, I had just bought one of his gifts--this cookbook.
David has already used this cookbook to fix some delicious suppers. I am really glad that I got it for him.
